Premarital Agreement Sessions can offer:
  • A plan to help maintain a healthy relationship with each other and your finances;
  • Tools to help you avoid financial conflict with each other down the road;
  • A private, legal agreement, without having to hire two opposing lawyers; and
  • Neutral legal information that can provide clarity and knowledge before you combine your finances
    (you may even chose not to create a written contract).

Working with a mediating attorney will provide you with a neutral legal perspective as well as a neutrally drafted legal contract, without feeling like you are on opposing sides. You are coming together to share you lives, whether through marriage or through other forms of combining your finances. You don’t need to have conflict in order to have a conversation and plan around your finances. In fact, having a plan could help create and maintain a healthy relationship to your money and each other.
